What is this course about?
So many health practitioners are now using acupuncture regularly, observing its good effects and wondering how it works. This online course will enhance your dry needling skills by integrating the philosophy of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) with medical acupuncture, so creating a deeper understanding.
The three main objectives of this course;
"I created this course because as an elite athlete, I improved the speed of my knee rehabilitation, using acupuncture in combination with the philosophy of Chinese medicine. Now - having trained to be an acupuncturist and practised traditional acupuncture for the last 14 years - I want to pass on the wisdom of energetic medicine that our western culture is ready to hear."
Who is this for?
This course is for health practitioners who already use dry needling as part of their treatment repertoire and also for those who don't dry needle yet, but are interested in learning about the philosophies of Traditional Chinese Medicine and acupuncture.
These health practitioners include:
Sports Therapists, Level 4 Sports Massage Therapists, Physiotherapists, Osteopaths, Chiropractors, nurses and General Practitioners.
If you have had good success with dry needling and want to learn more about acupuncture within the context of Traditional Chinese Medicine, then this is the course for you. The principles are explained in an effective way which means you can finish this course with a good grasp of energetic medicine.

Final note
As a health practitioner we are constantly evolving and growing in our understanding of what wellness is. This course will give you another perspective on how to approach a health imbalance which will enhance the framework you already have.
It is important to note that you will still need to make it clear to your patients, that when you are needling, you are practising under the 'umbrella' of your individual qualification e.g. physiotherapist, massage therapist, chiropractor etc and not as an acupuncturist.
